Hi! I’m Rachel.

 

Over the past seven years I have work professionally as an Exercise Physiologist in Brisbane. During this this time, I trained in mat work and reformer Pilates as a way to safely rehabilitate many of my clients who were suffering with injuries, pain, mobility issues or chronic disease. I was also able to incorporate my knowledge of Pilates into more intense physical training to overload the muscles and give my programs an extra functional boost. My Pilates classes are strong and intense on the muscles, with a focus on small movements which are low impact but highly effective. With my background in Exercise Physiology and rehabilitation I am able to modify my classes to suit any injuries or pain. All bodies and abilities are welcome. I look forward to seeing you soon!
