I started practicing yoga and meditation techniques from the age of 17.  I made my first trip to India in 1999 discovering astanga yoga in a small beach town called Pune,  India. The seed  was planted. I continued studying various styles of yoga under Robert Byrne in Melbourne, Australia until 2009.

I found Karyn Grenfell, Peter Sanson and the traditional teachings of astanga practice around 2010. Assisted and taught at Ashtanga Yoga Melbourne under the guidance of Karyn Grenfell from 2014 to 2018. And have assisted Peter Sanson on two occasions during his workshops in Melbourne.

Since discovering the astanga method I have traveled to Mysore, India studying under Sharath Jois.  Then blessed with a Level 2 authorisation from Sharath Jois (2015/2016) and has had the honour of assisting Sharathji in Mysore in 2015 and 2018. I continue my studies with Mysore in India for 1-3 months every 12-18 months.

Drawn to the way the body and mind interact I have also studied natural medicine, including massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, traditional Chinese medicine and anatomy and physiology. And also have a degree in Contemporary Dance. My classes are suitable for beginners to already established practitioners of yoga. I also specialise in rehabilitation for injury and trauma. I am available for private classes.
